01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing jc92.onl, creating an account, making a deposit in PKR, or placing any bet or spin on our platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and jc92.

These terms apply alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, both of which are incorporated by reference. If there is any conflict between these documents, these Terms and Conditions take precedence unless stated otherwise.

03 Your Account

Each person may only hold one active jc92 account. Creating duplicate accounts is a breach of these terms and may result in the suspension of all accounts linked to that individual, along with forfeiture of any balances.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. This includes your real name, date of birth, contact details, and payment method information. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account closure.

• Your account login credentials are your responsibility. Keep your password private and do not share it with anyone.
• jc92 will never ask for your password by email, chat, or phone. Do not share it under any circumstances.

• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, whether or not you authorised it.
• You may request account closure at any time by contacting support. Outstanding withdrawals will be processed to your verified payment method.

Account verification may be required before certain transactions are processed. This may include providing proof of identity or proof of payment method ownership. jc92 reserves the right to pause withdrawals until verification is complete.

04 Deposits & Payments

All transactions on jc92 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There is no currency conversion and no foreign exchange fees. jc92 supports the following payment methods for deposits:

• JazzCash – mobile wallet transfers, typically reflected within minutes.
• Easypaisa – mobile wallet deposits processed quickly on standard connections.
• Raast – direct bank-to-bank transfers via Pakistan's interbank system.
• Bank Transfer – standard transfers from any Pakistani bank account.
• Debit / Credit Cards – Visa and Mastercard issued by Pakistani banks.
• Mobile Wallets – other supported Pakistani mobile wallet services.

Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per day. These limits are displayed within your account dashboard at the time of deposit. jc92 does not accept deposits made by third parties – only payment methods registered in your own name are accepted.

05 Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of your available PKR balance at any time, subject to the following conditions being met:

• Your account must be fully verified before your first withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals can only be sent to a payment method registered in your own name – the same one used for your most recent deposit, or a verified alternative.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn (see Section 6).
• Withdrawal requests are reviewed within one to three business days. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are generally processed fastest.
• jc92 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing large withdrawals.

jc92 does not charge withdrawal fees on standard transactions. Your bank or payment provider may apply their own charges – please check with them directly. Minimum withdrawal amounts are displayed within your account dashboard.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

jc92 offers bonuses and promotional offers to registered players from time to time. Each promotion has its own specific terms which are published alongside the offer. The following general rules apply to all bonuses unless otherwise stated:

• Bonuses are only available to players who have a valid, verified jc92 account.
• Each player is entitled to claim each promotion only once unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The wagering requirement for each promotion is stated clearly in the offer terms.
• Bonuses may be restricted to specific games or bet types. Check individual offer terms before playing.
• jc92 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time. Players who have already claimed a promotion in good faith will not be affected by subsequent changes.

07 Betting Rules

• All bets are final once confirmed. You cannot cancel or amend a bet after it has been placed and accepted by the system.
• In the event of an obvious pricing error (sometimes called a "palpable error"), jc92 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to your account balance.
• For cricket matches that are abandoned or significantly interrupted by weather or other external factors, settlement will follow the official result if one is declared. Where no result is possible, bets will be voided and stakes returned.
• In-play betting is available on selected matches. In-play odds move in real time and your accepted odds are final at the point your bet is confirmed.
• Maximum bet limits and payout caps apply per market and per event. These are displayed before you place your bet.
• jc92 reserves the right to limit, suspend, or close accounts that show irregular betting patterns or evidence of match exploitation.

08 Games & Fair Play

All slot games and bingo titles available on jc92 use certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology. This means every spin or game outcome is independently random and cannot be predicted, influenced, or manipulated by either the player or jc92.

Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are displayed or available for each game. RTP represents a theoretical long-term average and does not guarantee any individual player's results over a session or series of sessions.

• Technical malfunctions void all pays and plays. If a game freezes or disconnects mid-round, the hand or spin will be settled based on data recorded by our servers at the point of disconnection.
• Attempting to use software, scripts, bots, or automated tools to gain an unfair advantage in any game is prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension.
• jc92 reserves the right to investigate any gaming session it deems irregular and to withhold payment pending that investigation.

• Any form of money laundering or using jc92 to process funds derived from illegal activity.

11 Suspension & Account Closure

jc92 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of stolen payment methods.
• Failure to complete verification within the required timeframe.
• At the player's own request for self-exclusion or account closure.

Where an account is closed due to a breach, jc92 reserves the right to withhold any bonus-derived winnings. Real-money deposits that were not used in breach of these terms will be returned to the player's verified payment method.

12 Limitation of Liability

jc92 provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While we work hard to ensure the platform is stable and accessible, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or external factors outside our control may occasionally affect availability.

To the fullest extent permitted, jc92 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform, including losses from technical malfunctions, connection interruptions, or delays in payment processing caused by third-party providers such as JazzCash, Easypaisa, or banks.
